This policy explains the destinations, estimated timeframes and shipping charges currently offered by NOLVANE. The exact option and charge available for an order are shown at checkout before payment.
Where we ship
NOLVANE accepts orders for the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland and Singapore where a delivery method is available at checkout.
Order processing and delivery
Orders are normally processed within 0–2 business days after confirmation. Estimated total delivery is normally 2–10 business days after order confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.
Shipping charges
- Orders below €100: €10 tracked shipping.
- Orders of €100 or more: free tracked shipping.
Where another currency is displayed, Shopify may convert the amount and show the final charge at checkout.
Tracking and split shipments
Tracking information is emailed when available. Carrier events can take time to appear. Items in one order may arrive in separate parcels; no additional shipping charge is applied solely because an order is split.
Fulfilment origin, customs and import charges
NOLVANE works with independent suppliers and logistics partners. Depending on the product and variant, an order may be fulfilled directly by a partner from outside the destination country. International parcels may be inspected or delayed by customs. Taxes, duties or import charges collected by us are shown at checkout. Charges collected separately by an authority or carrier remain the customer’s responsibility unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Address changes and failed delivery
Review the delivery address before ordering. Email us promptly if it must be corrected; a change cannot be guaranteed after fulfilment begins. Additional carrier costs caused by an incorrect address, refusal or unclaimed parcel may be deducted from a refund where permitted by law.
Delays and support
Carrier disruption, customs, severe weather and events outside our reasonable control can cause delays. Contact us with the order number and checkout email if tracking has not updated for an unusual period.
