We want customers to be satisfied with their NOLVANE purchase. This policy explains returns, replacements, cancellations and refunds. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited.
30-day return period
You may request an eligible return within 30 calendar days from delivery. The product must be unused, unworn and in the same condition received, with original labels, components, accessories and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Reasonable inspection is permitted, but use, alteration, washing, damage or handling beyond what is needed to inspect the item may affect eligibility or refund value where lawful.
How to request a return
Before sending anything, email astrame87@gmail.com with your name, order number, item, reason and clear photographs or video if damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect. We will provide instructions and the applicable return address. Unauthorized returns or parcels sent to a supplier/manufacturer address may not be accepted.
Return shipping costs
For change-of-mind returns or an incorrect model, size or color selected by the customer, return shipping is customer-paid and the original €10 shipping charge is not refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. For verified damaged, defective, incomplete or materially incorrect items, NOLVANE will cover reasonable return or replacement costs.
Damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items
Inspect the order promptly after delivery. After verification, we may replace the product or missing component, provide a return at our expense, or issue an agreed partial or full refund. Do not continue using an item that appears defective if doing so could cause further damage.
Non-returnable items
Unless defective, incorrect or returnable under mandatory law, we cannot accept used, worn, washed, altered, personalized or specially ordered products; gift cards; items missing essential components; or clearly marked final-sale goods where the exclusion is lawful.
Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing or dispatch begins. A dispatched order may be returned after delivery under this policy.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 10 business days after the return is received and inspected. Financial institutions may take additional time. Contact us if 15 business days have passed after approval.
European consumers
Consumers in the European Union or European Economic Area may have a statutory right to withdraw from eligible distance purchases within 14 days of delivery. Legal exemptions may apply, including certain personalized goods. Nothing in this policy replaces mandatory consumer rights.
