These terms apply to purchases made through the Hydracore online shop.

Products and orders

Product descriptions, images, availability and prices are shown on the store at the time of purchase. An order is accepted when payment is authorised and an order confirmation is sent. We may contact you if information is missing or an order cannot be fulfilled.

Payment

Payment is completed through the payment methods displayed at checkout. Prices and any applicable delivery charges are shown before you confirm payment.

Delivery

Tracked delivery is estimated at 3–7 business days after order confirmation. See the Shipping & Delivery page for details.

Returns

Returns may be requested within 15 calendar days from delivery, subject to the Returns & Refunds policy and mandatory consumer rights.
