Shipping & Delivery

Orders are prepared after payment confirmation and sent with tracked delivery whenever tracking is available for the destination.

Delivery time

Tracked delivery is estimated at 3–7 calendar days after order confirmation. This estimate counts calendar days, including weekends and public holidays. Delivery estimates may vary because of destination, carrier conditions or events outside our control.

Tracking

Tracking details are sent to the email address used at checkout when the order is handed to the carrier.

Delivery problems

If a parcel is delayed, arrives damaged or appears incomplete, contact support with your order number and clear photos of the parcel and item. We will review the issue and help with the next step.

Shipping charges

Any shipping charge that applies to your order is displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
