You may request a return within 15 calendar days from delivery.

Eligibility

The item must be unused, clean and returned with all included components. Please contact support before sending anything back so we can provide the correct instructions.

How to request a return

Send your order number, the reason for the request and photographs when relevant through the store contact channel. Do not send a return to the address on the parcel without receiving instructions.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and checked, an approved refund for the product price will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are refundable only where required by applicable law or where the item was delivered damaged, defective or incorrectly.

Damaged or incorrect items

If the item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact support as soon as possible with your order number and photos. We will assess the issue and arrange the appropriate remedy.

Return shipping

Unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect, the cost of return shipping is paid by the customer. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to your order.
